Such a rude unhelpful woman called Lesley.when I asked where I should go she went I dunno then changed her tune when I asked for her name....thank god for 111. Disgrace to the practice perhaps she needs training in politeness !!!

I am an incredibly patient person I'm also very polite and professional. However this particular practice drove me to the point where I actually swore on the telephone.
