Just called to be told in the space of three weeks at our last routine appointment they are now down to one dentist and we have missed the emergency slots for the day. I now have to take a day off work tomorrow and there's no guarantee my 8 year old will be seen despite knocking his front tooth over the weekend and losing a huge chunk of it. The receptionist was rude and sounded bored. Don't work in customer service if you can't provide it. Rubbish practice!

Such a rude unhelpful woman called Lesley.when I asked where I should go she went I dunno then changed her tune when I asked for her name....thank god for 111. Disgrace to the practice perhaps she needs training in politeness !!!

I am an incredibly patient person I'm also very polite and professional. However this particular practice drove me to the point where I actually swore on the telephone. It is the most unprofessional and disorganized practice I've ever come across.The admin staff are completely inept at their jobs. Appointments not correctly loged on their system, misplaced patient history, not following up or indeed answering phone calls. They don't communicate between themselves so information is lost and you find yourself having to re-explain every time you call. It took me multiple telephone calls emails and voice messages over several months to get a response in order to book a simple appointment they are also grossly over prescribed only having one dentist meaning that if you have an emergency you have to wait weeks.This is a shame because the dentist himself seems quite competent. He is just surrounded by a lot of incompetent understained staff.

Called this morning to get an emergency appointment and got given one within the next hour.Sarah and Laura were fantastic and explained things clearly. They let me know what my options were in regards to treatment and explained everything they were going to do.They put me totally at ease.The receptionist staff were also absolutely brilliant!

I?ve been dealing with Mr Julian Zimmermann for the last few months. Having my teeth whitened and composite bonding done. I am over the moon with the results. He was very good at communicating the procedure step by step and made me feel so comfortable and reassured through my journey, and such a lovely gent too!! Couldn?t recommend any more!! And of course the front of house staff and dental nurses were as lovely as always too!!

I was struggling with really bad tooth ache, pain killers wasn?t touching it and I was in a bad way, I spent a week trying to get in a dentist which the appointments was for a week later, finally contacted these guys and they fitted me in straight away as they had a slot luckily , the service was amazing and right from the reception to me having my tooth out was very professional and made me feel at ease! I can?t thank them enough

Could not have been happier at the dentist than I was today. Diana was exceptionally sympathetic to the battering my teeth received through pregnancy and breastfeeding. She examined thoroughly, explained clearly, took x-rays, and gave great advice. She and Molly cleaned up staining and offered useful info on how to keep my cavities from developing further and told me to call if I decide I want the larger superficial one filled. Molly wrote down some handy info for me too and they were just a fabulous couple of ladies doing a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable, and gave superb customer service.
