Very concerned about the process for Evri drop-off at this store. I got my barcode up on my phone and the counter assistant took my phone off me and turned his back completely on me with my phone so that he could scan the bar code into the machine which was behind him. Feel really bad writing this as the staff are all lovely and the store is really well stocked but the smell of sewage in there is unbearable and having spoken to half a dozen other people who have all said the same I wonderful if this might be the only way to reach someone who can do something about it.
