“Shaun was the staff member who went through everything I needed to know. He was patient with all my questions. Gave me so much time and helped me decide on the 2 mattresses I needed. One for main bed and one for a second guest bed. No hard sell, listened and understood my needs.I came back a second time after processing all the information and searched Shaun out to finalise my purchase.”

“We had booked for a couple over the Christmas period. Somehow and don't ask me how we did this but we messed up the dates for the booking. You can imagine the panic on an early Sunday morning when I looked at my calendar on the computer and realised the error.So at about 08.30am on a Sunday morning we phoned up Little Witcombe and Kerry answered our call. She was amazingly efficient and within an hour or so our mistake had been rectified. We are told by the people who have stayed there several times in the past this is an excellent hotel to stay in, friendly, good rooms and service.I can confidently say the customer services are excellent (thanks Kerry) and top marks to them.”

“We went to Westonbirt arboretum and called in to the Bell for lunch. The restaurant was very busy and the gentleman out front found us a table. We ordered our food and drinks and waited a short time before food arrived. The service was excellent as was the food. We will definitely go again. ?”

“Room was adequate gor our stay as it was only 1 night. Rooms are pretty basic , but clean and do the job. Bed was comfy and shower was good. There was no actual onsight parking, but a multistorey was next door, the Gloucester quays carpark,which when the ticket was validated our 24 hr stay was half price, so quite good. We added breakfast to our option which was buffet style help yourself to as much as you want, it was pretty good for the price and the hot breakfast the chef kept checking on and filling up.
