All staff are lovely, service is great. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very friendly and lively during music nights and events. Would definitely recommend anyone popping in for a few drinks and some great food!!!!!

My wife and I went there today to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary. I had rump steak, which looked more like 4oz instead of 8oz, it was as tough as shoe leather. My wife had the cheese,leek and potato pie, the pastry was stodgy and hard to swallow. We have eaten here quite a few times and this was certainly the worst meal. I didn't complain at the time, because being our anniversary, I didn't want to make a fuss. We will certainly have to think about returning.

Absolutely fantastic pub. Food was amazing as always, the bar staff Chloe, amber and Courtney are so friendly and welcoming. The chief Alex (I think) makes superb food. Definitely will be returning.

We have been coming here for a few years whenever I visit from Canada. The quality is consistent.
There are many practical advantages: lots of parking, comfortable indoor and very pretty outdoor seating.
The place is vast, welcoming, cheerful, with a long bar and a great selection of drinks, a children's play area and a menu with options for all types of diets.
The staff is very pleasant, the food is good and the system is straightforward: walk in, greet, register your car's license plate on a screen, sit down, note your table number, read the menu at a leisurely pace and when you are ready, return to the bar to order, stating your table number.
We find this style of service very efficient and relaxing and we always enjoy our meals and the laid back atmosphere.

A lovely place to eat. We popped in yesterday lunchtime for a meal whilst down in Gloucester. We had the Sausage & Mash, my hubby enjoyed his meal. I had 8oz Gammon egg pineapple chips and Peas. I also enjoyed my meal,good portion sizes and cost of meals was very reasonable. The food came very quick too The staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience at High Orchard.
