When we arrived your staff member didn't seem to know what to do. We said we had made a reservation and she didn't check. We were told to pick a table and just left to it. After 10 minutes I asked how we proceed, ordered our food and drinks and paid (your staff member bought mine to the table as it wasn't pouring properly)....

Haven’t been in a while, but it’s changed a bit. Better bar and chill areas and a pool table.The food was exceptional! Really good. A decent menu for gluten free options as well which is a massive plus! I would highly recommend to try before Christmas. I can see this place getting very busy, very soon… ??

We have been numerous times over the last 12 months and was extremely disappointed with yesterdays meal.We all had a carvery and meat was fabulous but the rest of the food was cold.The staff were not very helpful and left dirty plates on our table for ages.
