Never had trouble here before, staff normally amazing, but the lady you have on today was very rude, would not serve me and told me to use self serve, no she was not busy she was just stood around doing nothing, then she proceeds to stand behind me looking over my shoulder whilst I'm on self serve, very very rude and arrogant
