Unsafe, unprofessional. Impatient staff asked someone else to take over because he needed to pick his mum up from the train station, his colleague ignored him, so he had to finish the paper work and forgot to send confirmation email. Fantastic friendly team , advised us on rental of floor sander. Gave us plenty of sanding sheets and dust bags on sale or return so we were sure to have enough but then did not end up paying for things we did not need . Great service , thanks guys
