Went in twice today in order for husband to look for new trainers - not greeted , spoken to or helped whatsoever. Ended up purchasing and hoping for the best but less than impressed at the lack of customer service from the female serving .

Incredibly poor customer service on Wednesday 23rd October. No acknowledgement that we entered the store. No help or advice. Felt like a self service shop. Bought trainers for £80 hope neither of those girls were on commission as they don't deserve a penny. If we didn't want the product we would have walked out due... read full comment
