Worst receptionist ive ever encountered at a drs surgery. I have never experienced such rudeness and short shrift from any members of the NHS as I experienced here today. It doesn't bother me too much personally but to see people well into their 80s treated this way left me quite appalled.I am just about to write a detailed email to send to the surgery AND the local ICB.
