At Christmas, I had to speak to the manager about a problem I'd encountered - she made time for me straight away, despite how busy the shop was, and she could not have been more helpful and polite.(Oh, and I've got to add - this store has the cleanest toilet facilities you can imagine!)”

Well...most Waitrose...at this Cirencester Waitrose there are a little too many shoppers who really do think they're superior to anyone who doesn't drive a Discovery, any huge EV, Mercedes AVG or the like.... Sooooo buried in their own sphincters!!! An otherwise nice shopping experience sometimes ruined !!No fault of Waitrose ...OBVS!”
