“Went to collect parcel from Tesco Direct order and cannot thank Louise enough who went far beyond her call of duty taking the rather large parcel to my car and even more persevered getting it into the car. All of this was done with a friendly smile, she is definitely an asset to tesco and the local community. Thank you Louise.”
“I have problems with walking and use a stick so carrying bags out to the car is always a problem. Not at Tesco Express Bussage. If l have just one bag and not much shopping it is Ok. If two bags with milk and lemonade then they are heavy. The staff always enquire whether l need any help and come with me to the car. The staff here are always helpful and it is much appreciated.”

“It's a smallish Morrisons so don't go expecting a super store.. but it has everything you'd want and the staff are friendly.The car park isn't the biggest but it's appropriately sized for the shop.Easy to get to and prizes are reasonable.Would visit again”

“HRMMMM, I do love home bargains and this one is no exception. However, it seems to me as if most of the products are for old people. I mean seriously the amount of mugs in this place is crazy and stickers for rubbish bins?!?!?!? I am NOT middle-aged. Although I do absolutely adore the amount of cereal they have there even though a lot of it is expired. I love the policeman sticker on the front so that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 2, he makes me feel assured xx”

“Went in to Waitrose to see the customer service desk As I had a fine because of spending over two hours in the car park. I had been in Waitrose the entire time , shopping and meeting in the coffee shop with friends.Thought this was unjust and the gentleman at the service desk sorted it all out and deleted the fine.Many thanks Waitrose great service restores your faith in humanity. Still think Britannia parking are total grabbing opportunists .”

“Following strict Covid-19 regulations, only 3 people allowed inside at a time and no face mask no entry policy. First time I have been there, popped in for a loaf. Was met by a guy who was putting stock on shelves, very helpful and pleasant he even carried the bread to the check out as I have to use crutches.”

“Fantastic pharmacy with some of the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever met. Sometimes there is a short wait but that's acceptable when they are so efficient. Other pharmacies in Stroud have made me wait over a week for an urgent prescription and then had to que for an hour when collecting. Would recommend this pharmacy above all others in Stroud.”
