Hardcastles have successfully managed the rental of our 3 bed cottage since 2006. The team have always been extremely efficient, pro-active and professional and as a result the property has hardly ever been unoccupied for more than a few weeks at a time. No sooner than they are informed of the departure of a tenant they are pro-actively marketing the property again and on the hunt for a new and suitable replacement. Their experience and knowledge of the marketplace has been invaluable to me as they are always up to speed and able to provide guidance on the most recent Landlord/Tenant Letting regulatory requirements and legislation. They are also extremely well versed in dealing with any issues that may arise and extremely quick to provide guidance and support where needed. Where they have also been helpful is in supplying contacts for reliable local Trades to carry out both minor eg. Plumbing works to major refurbishments and decoration in order to deal with wear and tear. Finally, a HUGE THANK YOU to Daisy for wholly managing the most recent recent activity and finding our new most recent tenants.

Arranged a viewing of a property which was just over and hour away. Details said it was detached but when we arrived we saw it was semi detached.Also parking was very poor but nothing was mentioned in the details about what type of parking there was.Following this, we had no call to apologise, no call to see how the viewing was - nothing.Clearly they can?t be bothered to get their details correct and don?t care when they make you drive an hour to view a property that?s not what was advertised.

We have recently moved to the Cotswolds from London and used Hardcastles because we had a good relationship with Bunny when we previously rented in Northleach. The team are friendly and very in tune with the local region and practices, down to both Bunny and Daisy having their dogs in the office with them!

I found Hardcastles to be extremely helpful, they go above expectations to help. I rented through them for 7 years extremely happy - Bunny is a professional, Kind person. Definitely recommend them.

On behalf of Hardcastles and in response to the three negative reviews below I confirm that two of these people are unknown to our company. The other review is a tenant whose deposit is currently in dispute with the TDS as per the correct procedures due to the property being left in disrepair.

Very very poor service.
Causes friction between tenants and landlords
Breaks rules regarding deposits . After a 3 month review we won our deposit back minus a small amount for some minor damages that we did acknowledged.
Overall glad to be clear of them. Very unprofesional.

I found this company very rude, abrupt and abusive,
they have a habit of miscommunicating issues to Landlords to make problems greater than they are.
Bunny is the Cirencester office is very rude and inconsistent.
