Arranged a viewing of a property which was just over and hour away. Details said it was detached but when we arrived we saw it was semi detached.Also parking was very poor but nothing was mentioned in the details about what type of parking there was.Following this, we had no call to apologise, no call to see how the viewing... read full comment

We have recently moved to the Cotswolds from London and used Hardcastles because we had a good relationship with Bunny when we previously rented in Northleach. The team are friendly and very in tune with the local region and practices, down to both Bunny and Daisy having their dogs in the office with them!
