The staff are so helpful & efficient, especially Joe who went out of his way to help me with a problem. He was so patient on the phone as I was quite anxious. I was also impressed by their speed & efficiency on processing 2 payments.
When visiting a YBS branch please make sure there’s enough space to allow two metres between you and any other person; this may mean waiting outside until other customers leave. We also ask that you wear a face covering to help us keep our customers and colleagues safe.
