Rude staff, no one on shop floor to get the items.

Will not give you a cash refund on your purchases in store. Just a voucher for exchange. This is legal I now understand but it wasn't made clear to me before my purchase. Stay away from this horrible store at ALL costs.

Great store but the staff it’s amazing. Had one lovely staff helping the whole male department whilst three others were hanging around the front of the store!
