Truly awful customer service - it may not be the frontline staff’s fault for the issue we had but clearly do not want to take responsibility for mistakes that their organisation make. The issue was a breach of the Data Protection Act by changing an address back to a previous address and sending a card to that old address....

Great service/staff. Location is showing as the Lloyds Bank/Regents Arcade location. It's not. Further along the High street, into pedestrian area, at junction of High Street and Pittsville Street, next to Monsoon.
