“This was an exciting venue for clubbing, where the staff got us stamped promptly and main area is right past the entrance! Disco floors were on for the night that rapidly change colour, party poppers fell down and a variety of music selection was on. Space to put coat on seating and outside is easily accessible for a break, drinks were priced fine too at the counter manned by lovely staff!”

“I have coeliac disease (like a gluten allergy for those who don’t know) so normally I would steer clear of pubs- but the staff at Yates have been phenomenal! They understand cross contamination, and have even sourced off-menu items so that I can still join in with my uni society Christmas meal! It really means the world to meet such friendly staff who go over and above to ensure the safety and happiness of their customers ?Dietary restrictions: Have a full allergen menu on hand (and a separate gluten free menu!)Understand cross-contamination and take it really seriously!”

“This place has a good vibe. Dj's selection of music was a mix of hip-hop/house and was on point. Good selection of drinks and cocktails with typical pricing for a Saturday night. You could tell it was one of the barman's first nights, didn't have a clue what he was doing, but was amusing to watch nonetheless. Poor lad! Can't pin any blame on him however, as he was probably dropped in at the deep end.”
