Poor customer service. Store clerk refused to process my return from an online order, so I need to post the parcel via post with a fee. I expected better customer service from such a big brand.

Very unpleasant male (long dark hair) floor manager, top level, kids clothes. He was mean to my 9 year old autistic child. Told him off and made him cry for staring. So much for understanding of our neurodiverse community. Cheltenham branch.

In terms of buying men’s basic ranges, the prices and selection are really good. The graphic or printed stuff is a bit underwhelming with uninspiring selections and designs.
