Tried to close my account because I don’t use it and seemed pointless leaving it open. I was told I needed a passport to close my account but I didn’t have one at the time, gave other proof and details but was told that it wasn’t possible unless I had a passport.
Can no longer deposit cash at ATM (absolute joke) juat a buikd up to the going cash free world.

Remarkable transformation since they removed the barriers separating staff and customers. Amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. Was even offered a cup of tea during a recent visit. Ten out of ten!
