Department Stores in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

“As with all these reviews if you have been to one store you have been to them all. This is a "home" store so don't expect to find clothes here. A wide range of furniture bedding. Crockery etc. It does have a cafe which I am sure is cheaper than Costa or starbucks. Just over the car park is a "food" store which again provides the range of M&S food. All together it provides a good M&S range. What more could you want. I don't think an M&S clothes store is allowed on this site because of a planning agreement which keeps the clothes shop in town. Anyway it's M&S so even though we ridicule it but we still go there.”

“What a lovely place to have a meal upstairs, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good and there is a good atmosphere .when upstairs, you can look down at furniture. What you could buy , there were lots of people buying products.”

“Some aisles looked a bit like a jumble sale but I found everything I went in for (and more!). The floors were clear, I was able to go down most aisles with a dubby pushchair. Great Christmas section!!”

“We bought some coffees and a cake from John Lewis' cafe called The Place to Eat☕️ It was our first time ordering from here and we thought the atmosphere was so lovely and wholesome. Our coffees were a bit bitter and the cups were quite small but everyone has different preferences, so we didn't mind :) However the pumpkin spice cake was absolutely delish! Also the staff were very nice, the service was quick too. Overall we had a great experience❤️”

“I went to Argos looking scruffy (which can put some people off) looking for a particular item. I was only looking for cooker hood bulb. A lovely young lady (I’m afraid I didn’t get her name) approached me to see if she could help. I needed to see the item to ensure it was the right one. Unfortunately it wasn’t but the customer service was way beyond what I expected. It was brilliant!!Thank you very much to the lady who provided top class customer service!”
