I visited the store today to try and sell some DVDs. The shop was empty apart from staff and despite being acknowledged was ignored and left waiting a long time only for someone to say they don't take DVDs. Poor service and run down location

A lady served me whilst i was trying to check the value of my macbook, and trying to purchase an ipad, she rushed me during the whole process and was quite rude. Felt like they wanted me gone. Didn’t care about my experience, never purchasing from cex AGAIN!!! lovely ipad tho ❤️ Staff iD: 60855
