“Can't thank Louis enough!! Took in one of my clients laptops that was on deaths door, and after getting a Time Machine (No I didn't know you could do that)Thank you Rob!! After backing up the laptop we returned thinking it had to be erased - meaning my lovely lady would lose access to her gmail as we didn't know the password. 10 mins in Louis' hands and the laptop is alive and kicking and the gmail is fine!! Modern day witchcraft!!! Huge thank you. Highly recommend.”

“Enjoyed my time exploring through this HMV store. Great selections of movie DVDs, posters and collections of merchandise. I was served by a polite customer assistant at the till. Had a nice, quick conversation about favourite movies. But, unfortunately I couldn't purchase my DVDs as had problems with my debit card. He was understanding and offered to look after my DVDs for me. Sadly in the end, I've ran out of time and had to get back to Thornbury. So I've ended up ordering the DVDs online instead. Hope to visit again soon.”
