Wanted to sit in my usual seat but got told it was closed for cleaning. Huge queue out the door and people not being able to sit but continued to keep two tables ?Closed?. Staff were rude and disrespectful. Half of the menu wasn?t in stock!! No kit kat drink for my grandson. Awful place so not reccomend!!

Nice place to relax either before or after the shopping, the staff are both friendly and efficient the food is really good so is the coffee.

I've had good and bad experiences. The last one put me off. The tray I got was soaking wet and had some brown goo on it which I only saw after I'd sat down. The glass they gave me for my tea was dirty, when I asked for another one it was also dirty, 3rd one was fine. It's a shame because Costa is usually a great brand but this specific branch has issues.

Just witnessed the manager speak to a member of staff like she was a piece of sh**. Literally calling her stupid in front of everyone, reducing her to tears. I'm appalled.
