I've had good and bad experiences. The last one put me off. The tray I got was soaking wet and had some brown goo on it which I only saw after I'd sat down. The glass they gave me for my tea was dirty, when I asked for another one it was also dirty, 3rd one was fine. It's a shame because Costa is usually a great brand but... read full comment

If staff spent less time chatting and getting on with serving customers the queue will go down a lot
