“They seem to get quite harsh reviews but I have always found them polite and helpful. Sometimes the queues are quite long and working under those conditions must be stressful but I have never had a problem (other than long queueing times!). Today I had to send three letters via the signed for service and one of the companies had given me the wrong postcode, meaning that the signed for system would not accept the address. The PO lady searched for the company online, found the correct postcode and corrected the address - all in a friendly manner. Full marks.”
