What has happened in this shop ? I popped in twice last week. Said hi to a young man who totally blanked me and on the 2nd I went through door and said hi to a woman of whom I think is a manager. She totally looked through me and walked off. I asked about an item that was on a dummy. I was asked to come back in 2 days.... read full comment

If I could leave 0 stars then I would. Embarrassingly poor customer service for charitable shop. Today I dropped off a large bag of clothes as I saw it was connected to New Look and we could get a 15% off voucher.
