“The lady optician is so friendly and reassuring...I've worn glasses all my life and always hated going to opticians...but I'd say she is the best I've seen and I'm 60 now so I've seen a good few. Very good manner...I feel like I could chat to her about anything...she should do a sideline in therapy lol. Also the chap who fits the glasses is very helpful and has mended glasses for me before when I wasn't even a customer. Receptionist is polite and always managed to sort out my appointments and chase up any queries.”
