The receptionists here have always been super helpful and friendly, very welcoming.The optometrist was very patient with my five year old, who was a little worried about the test, but he had a positive experience. “Costco Optical are amazing! They go far and beyond to make their clients happy. When I broke my favorite sunglasses, I was devastated, because they were discontinued model and I couldn't just go and buy new ones. I called Vision Express and they said they didn't do repairs. Then I called Costco and they said to bring the glasses in. Not only they did the impossible and managed to repair my sunglasses straight away, but they didn't charge me a penny. I am so happy and grateful for having them around!”
