Seems to be lack of training every time I enter the store there is a Que to the back of the store with one customer serving and 6-10 members of staff standing around watching him struggle. Love this shop the only problem is the aisles are always bunged up for restock which makes it a pain for people with prams, wheelchairs and sticks. Apart from that not a bad shop at all
