“So, went in there today with my 3 kids. The middle one has some learning difficulties and doesn't understand social boundaries. She was playing up in the store and this lady working the tills decided to let her up on the counter and help scan some of our items and push a couple buttons on the till. Needless to say my daughter loved it, it helped me out immensely and put a smile on her face for the rest of the day. I feel this worker needs some sort of recognition. There aren't many good things happening right now in our lives, so small things like this really gives me hope. Thank you!!!!”

“I approached Jonathan David kitchens with my kitchen plan because I wanted German quality and a kitchen that would last many years. He promptly gave me an idea of costings and when I was ready a CAD was produced so I could visualise my plan. I was thoroughly pleased with what I saw. I made several amendments as our renovation project got underway, nothing was too much trouble for him. David was such a great help in also recommending an awesome kitchen fitter. Although our builders were a disaster I was so happy that I had always separately sourced our kitchen and that side of the project through David. He arranged for storage as a result of delays due to shoddy builders and in the end was the only stress free aspect of the renovation project and I am thoroughly delighted with the outcome. David was such a great help at really low and stressful times. He also helped me source my kitchen lighting and beautiful large format tiles for the open plan room. I have since ordered further furniture for the snug area of our open plan space and again used the same fitter through David. It's been an absolute pleasure using Jonathan David kitchens, eternally greatful for the superb customer service. Highly recommend JD Ltd and the quality of my beautiful German kitchen.”

“Nice big and airy lots of room to roam comfortably however, do not go into the ladies absolutely awful….
I waited till a member of staff was going into their space and asked if I could use the staff loo - no she said. I explained how awful it was in there - no loo roll no hand towel nothing but pee on the floor and the toilet etc.
I had just come from Chatham B&Q. So some distance.
Did not have the flooring I wanted in Chatham ….
The staff member told me no cleaner comes on the Sunday or Saturday can’t remember however, surly the toilets public toilets should be cleaned regularly also gent came out and warned me!”

“I’m up B&Q at leased 3 times a week and every time I’ve there the staff know me which makes it easier for them to access my Trade account of 5% off and 10% off if you spend over £1000 but the reason why I go there is that you can get what you need and go to the job site quicker.”
