“Having visited several local big name tile sellers. It was so refreshing to find Eastwood Tiles, the staff are friendly and really very helpful. They took the time to listen and show us samples (my wife was on video chat). While processing the order they even had time to keep my 6 year old daughter amused, making her laugh and smile. It's small businesses like this that can teach the big players a thing or two about customer service.”

“Just excellent. Everything needed was available, very knowledgeable staff without any urgency or rush to push through a sale. Ultimate purchase was sized by the manager down to one spare tile! Recommended I get a bucket with the notch trowel because it was £2 cheaper, and when I needed about 10 extra washers, chucked a handful in extra to save me buying another box of 100! That’s what you’re getting if you go somewhere professional like this. Will be back when I start the kitchen! Many thanks guys”

“Good record shop with good and informative staff. Have bought records from here on occasion and like to look through their selection from time to time. A great place to go if you are just starting your collection as they have a mix of new releases and reissues of classic albums. They also sell a variety of CDs, books, DVDs, 4k Blu rays, regular Blu rays, shirts, posters and Funko Pops. Check them out if that's your thing too”

“So, went in there today with my 3 kids. The middle one has some learning difficulties and doesn't understand social boundaries. She was playing up in the store and this lady working the tills decided to let her up on the counter and help scan some of our items and push a couple buttons on the till. Needless to say my daughter loved it, it helped me out immensely and put a smile on her face for the rest of the day. I feel this worker needs some sort of recognition. There aren't many good things happening right now in our lives, so small things like this really gives me hope. Thank you!!!!”

“I visited The Range Southend today to purchase an item I had been looking at for a few weeks . I was so happy to notice that, it had be reduced to half price it made me day !!! Although when visiting there were not any available for me to take away today :(. This was not a problem though because the lovely GARY!! ( Seasonal department )was so kind to explain to me, that I can order the item to collect in the store using one of there ordering desks in the seasonal department . He was very helpful and I left the store with a big smile on my face :)”

“The British Heart Foundation shop in Southend is easy to find, situated at the sea end of the High Street, opposite the Royals Shopping centre. Helpful, pleasant and friendly staff are always on hand in this well-stocked and busy shop.”

“Ordered a click & collect and by the time I got there to pick up, it had been reduced in price. The staff were very friendly and refunded me the difference so I got it for the new reduced price. Brilliant customer service, always the best Argos round here to go to.”

“Argos being located within Sainsbury's hasn't made any difference to me personally (apart from 2-3 mins further walking!). Argos now having Customer parking will no doubt make collections a much easier process than from where they were previously located!”
