Lift was broken on the day of our visit, so couldn't get to woman's section due to having baby in a pram. Understandably, broken lift is not any of employees fault, however, to my surprise not a single employee offered to help get upstairs with a pram. Went for 2 pairs of trainers and a pair of walking boots for my son. I wasn’t sure if he needed a 12 or 13, so asked for both sizes in the 6 different trainers meaning the guy had to get 12 boxes from the stock room.
