Visited this store twice today, once to buy and once to donate, the lady was so rude and dismissive on both occasions, i live locally so from now on I will visit the British heart foundation shop

We love it at Barnardo's. We've got ourselves so many bargains from there. My Daughter Daisy gets very excited whenever I ask if she'd like to go to the charity shop.
