Went to Bank to reconnect my online banking and Carol at the Rayleigh branch was very helpful and explained everything so easily and is a credit to Natwest.

Be aware with your money banking cash in the machines. Banked £600 cash in the machine which showed instantly available, next day bizarrely money not showing!!! You put your money into a bank with trust. Lost full trust in this bank, luckily I had receipt so was reimbursed my money but if wouldn’t of checked next day... read full comment
