Very poor (r4 c1st) managers & some staff.Look how they gathered to criticise customer in pic attached. Made a formal complaint over r4 c1st treatment by managers and staff and to shut me up HQ sent £100.. pathetic

Partner bought a suit a few weeks back and was helped by a lady called June, she had great customer service and was very helpful

Staff not friendly at all , today went there , the lady was standing at the entrance, completely ignored me , no hi , no hello or even a smile . How rude is that . Very bad
