Jus bought a 'fresh' Tiger loaf. Cut the end off and it fell into outer and inner. Inedible. It is completely hard.
Now I have got to walk back for £1.10.
This should NEVER have been out for sale.

Every single staffs are very nice except for one lady at the costumer service desk keep saying I didn’t open the product correctly even tho it is clearly their product’s fault and not mine, she keep giving me bad attitudes.
