“Good size local M&S food hall. Very friendly helpful staff. Every time I've been they have been on hand to help with the self check out. I am a wheelchair user and very much appreciate this. Has blue badge parking by the door.”

“Pop in . Found what I wanted. Out with no fuss. Self service machine didn't like what I did so it choose to say assistant will you. Why I never know. Assistant quick no bother”

“It is a classic style Iceland, not been over modernised. It is very well laid out. It was well stocked, well priced and good quality food and the staff on the till were friendly.”

“Good prices, good parking, aisles a bit small in places so gets congested. Till staff friendly. Queues at tills can be alittle lobg. A 15 items or less till might be handy, but i guess room is an issue”

“Sainsbury's Harlow sell good products, their own brand stuff is excellent, would have given 5 stars , but only 2 manual tills open, not everybody wants to use self service!!!, closing the cafe was a mistake, I am sure some expert told you that since COVID people are not interested, the truth is you took many things off the menu, and replaced it with rubbish, case in point, fish and chips used to be good, replaced by truly horrible frozen tastes a little bit like fish,”
