“What a great pharmacy! Really lovely, helpful staff. Popped in to get a couple of items, one they didn’t have in stock, but offered to deliver it to my home when it arrived and the second item, was out of date, so they kindly gave it to me for free! There was no customers in there at the time, so no queue, and I felt like I was walking back into the 80’s to pay a cheque in! Would definitely recommend and will be changing my pharmacist to this one immediately! ☺️”

“A tiny pharmacy so not huge stock selection, and low on storage so medications do sometimes need to be ordered but they are very fast getting the items in and dispensed. The accessibility is good for my double pram and there is seating inside. But the main reason I give 5 stars is the customer service - I had to nurse my newborn whilst waiting for my prescription on my last visit and I was well supported and offered to use the side room if I would feel more comfortable- it was a great help from start to finish. It's great to have somewhere local and a good resource for over counter advice too.”

I had an awful cold and couldn't find where the tissues were and a lovely staff member called Hattie was very helpful and took me over to them. Then I encountered some trouble at the till and another staff member called Isla was eager to help and managed to sort the issue. Both very polite and made my day much easier.
