“The care I received by the staff of Boots in Hoddesdon was exceptional! I went in as I felt I was about to collapse, the lady at the desk asked if I would like my blood pressure taken, and I waited literally seconds to be seen by the friendliest pharmacist I have encountered. She tried to take my bloody pressure but it wouldn't work, a reading they managed to take was very high so she called my doctors and booked an appointment that afternoon for me to be seen. Honestly excellent and caring customer service!”
