“Had an issue as I ran out of contact lenses due to a delivery issue from another supplier, not boots. I could only wear one contact lense and obviously struggled throughout the day as I have weak vision.I hoped Boots Hoddesdon could help me out maybe with a spare lense but thought it was a long shot. To my delight the when I asked the attendant (Chloe) she was so, pleasant, friendly and helpful. She helped me out and retrieved the exact lenses I actually have on a usual basis.My absolute thanks to Chloe. Definitely go back if I require anything else optician related.”

“Generally very good for stocking certain products that you won't necessarily find at other pharmacies. Members of staff have been pleasant to me on every visit.Edit: Rating changed from 5 to 4 stars, as the relatively early closing time can be somewhat of an inconvenience.”
