Your opening times needs updating. It says on the website you are open Saturday. I came from Broxbourne on the bus only to find it closed. The opening hours on the shop say closed Saturday, so can you please update your website so people don't have a wasted journey.

1 star is only for the branch and staff. Came in to open a bank account for my newborn son. There were two female staff members standing around, one asked how they could help, I explained - she told me to go online to open the account.
