My upgrade was due and I was panicking as I am not great with technology, however Simran was so helpful! She supported me to transfer all my apps, photos ect to my new phone. Security guard stopped us illegally because five other customers went through, including us, and it bleed and he picked on us the lorries you have to have select and concealment.
