“Not moaning….just a heads-up re menswear department in new Lakeside store. I bgt lots of clothes yesterday but the mirrors within the department had clothes racks 5-6 feet in front of them so it wasn’t easy to properly view jackets etc when standing 3 feet from the mirror. Move the racks or put the mirrors on the other side of the pillars please. Also, more mirrors please, I had to walk a long way to find one! Also, the self-checkout using Sparks took nearly 20 minutes. These things are just fyi’s…happy with the products.”

“I want to write about a specific Iceland Store. I don’t normally shop online but I have this time for Christmas. The Grays store in Essex have been tremendous. My delivery came on time but there were a few items that were missing. I made a call to the store and spoke to Joe who made sure I had my missing items delivered. They hadn’t gone out in the van on the 2nd delivery and so he personally dropped them off on his way home. What a fantastic service and keeping me up to date with call and text message”

“One of the best places for grocery shopping with all essential facilities under one roof. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized. A great variety of fresh produce, bakery items, meat, and household products are always available.
One of the biggest advantages is the large and easily accessible parking area, which is free and well-managed. There’s plenty of space, even during busy hours, which makes shopping stress-free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout machines are quick and efficient.
The store also includes toilets, disabled access, baby changing facilities, and even a café for a quick bite. Definitely a convenient spot for regular shopping with a comfortable experience every time.”
“Not a huge selection on offer given the store size but close enough to the station for a quick pop in. Never personally had any issues with queues - self service and tills available”
