Never got told it cost money I thought was free but the paid for glasses , also after the test the man didn’t help me look at glasses he just put the clipboard down and spoke to other people

The staff is friendly and polite. Done the check and new glasses on June. The first pair was not good at all, I was not able to see and gave me head ache for the few days that I kept them on. The other pair is still not good at all. One of the lenses kept moving every time I was cleaning it. Went so many times to fix...
