They call to check up on you if you start new medication to see how you are getting on. Always got medication available, they request your repeat prescription for you so you don’t run out. Everything about them is a 5 star!!”

“Now recently moving to the area, River View Pharmacy is my closest one. Although small, it offers alot. There is bits that you might need to pick up such as body wash, shampoo or sanitary products all at a good price. When ringing to see if my perscription was ready they were helpful and told me it would be ready when i arrived which it was. I can not fault the staff they are lovely and helpful. The staff listen to any issues you might have and made me feel welcomed.”

“Staff are really friendly and helpful. They prepare the prescriptions in advance wherever they can which saves you a lot of time waiting. Is a large shop so can get most medical related items there. Only negative is the opening times, is not open when I get home from work and closes early on a Saturday.”

“I usually have a good experience with service by the staff, I had been let down by my Doctors regarding repeat perscription, notification to the chemist. I called the Chemist today as I was unable to visit, as doctors had processed it, and family were working and unable to assist. The delivery person was inundated and unable to deliver any more, so I thanked the staff member and said I will just have to sort it next week This afternoon, a good knocking at the door, woke me, (as I am under the weather) one of the chemist ladies had come with my meds, during her break. When I first entered Dips, I approached two other members of staff, they were not helpful, in fact virtually turned their back on me. If Marta had not intervened I would have left the shop, as it was I was glad of the help from Marta, I will use this pharmacy again, but will avoid the two I mentioned, who I believe were mother and daughter.
