“We have been looking for a dining room table and chairs for a while but until now haven't seen anything which we felt was an upgrade on our existing one. (our existing one was brought from Dansk) We walked into Furniture Village not expecting to find anything however we found a dining set we liked and even bought an additional bookcase/shelves in the same range. The quality of the table & chairs was by far the best we had seen. The sales consultant, Simeon was friendly, professional and a perfect mix of not being an in-your-face salesperson but being there to answer questions. He also let us know what offers were on without making us feel under pressure. I was grateful not to be met with the normal Hi guys, I am going to ask you a million small talk questions to try and sell to you approach. Simeon asked relevant questions to aid us in our decision-making process and had a logical, practical approach when we needed to decide between the type of chairs fo choose. I do believe that Simeon’s natural, calm approach was a big reason why we brought from Furniture Village and I would highly recommend him.”

“We received a warm welcome from Dawn and the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Maryam who was attentive and chatty. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. All in all great value for money and close to the M25. We will definitely stop off again on our way back from France. Perfect!”

“A decent branch with a large choice of bedding, rugs, mirrors, blinds, and more. The shop floor is spacious and well-organised. The clearance/sale bargains are well marked across the store, with great value for the quality. The queues at peak times can be long, but the multiple tills help things move along smoothly. Be sure to check the packaging if you're buying an item intended as a gift, as damaged packaging won’t be discounted at the till. Toilets are conveniently located on the first floor. I haven’t tried the cafe yet, but it’s a nice option if you're spending time browsing. Some website items may not be kept in store, so check ahead before visiting!”
