The return service is awful. Waiting 30 mins to return one item with slow servers, one of which is chewing gum. Staff walking past looking at the big queue for returns but does nothing. Awful

Unfriendly customer service, long waiting times. Dirty restaurant area, the hot dog bar is even worse… The team members seem tired and unfriendly, they can’t even say a simple hello… No mustard, no ketchup… warm, but not hot hot dogs… ?
