“I want to write about a specific Iceland Store. I don’t normally shop online but I have this time for Christmas. The Grays store in Essex have been tremendous. My delivery came on time but there were a few items that were missing. I made a call to the store and spoke to Joe who made sure I had my missing items delivered. They hadn’t gone out in the van on the 2nd delivery and so he personally dropped them off on his way home. What a fantastic service and keeping me up to date with call and text message”

“One of the best places for grocery shopping with all essential facilities under one roof. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized. A great variety of fresh produce, bakery items, meat, and household products are always available.
One of the biggest advantages is the large and easily accessible parking area, which is free and well-managed. There’s plenty of space, even during busy hours, which makes shopping stress-free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout machines are quick and efficient.
The store also includes toilets, disabled access, baby changing facilities, and even a café for a quick bite. Definitely a convenient spot for regular shopping with a comfortable experience every time.”
“Not a huge selection on offer given the store size but close enough to the station for a quick pop in. Never personally had any issues with queues - self service and tills available”

She went out of her way to help me even though it wasn’t her store’s responsibility anymore. That kind of kindness and customer care is rare and really appreciated. She didn’t have to help — but she did. What a lovely person.””

“Love my local tesco extra ? lots of disabled parking available. Plenty of shopping trolleys ?(unlike another nearby supermarket that never has any trolleys or good parking. Safe location. No issues going alone at late night.”
