Esther took my call and was so very helpful, tracked down my dress and arranged for it to be sent to my home address and emailed my receipt in a matter of minutes. “Not moaning….just a heads-up re menswear department in new Lakeside store. I bgt lots of clothes yesterday but the mirrors within the department had clothes racks 5-6 feet in front of them so it wasn’t easy to properly view jackets etc when standing 3 feet from the mirror. Move the racks or put the mirrors on the other side of the pillars please. Also, more mirrors please, I had to walk a long way to find one! Also, the self-checkout using Sparks took nearly 20 minutes. These things are just fyi’s…happy with the products.”

“I brought my wife here on a daytime (the kids are at school, and we are unsociable. In our 30s, let's have a look around) date. It was very enjoyable, and the range offers a multitude of items, which help to spark the imagination for ideas on modern interior design on a working man's budget. The wife approached and picked up items and casually asked, "What do you think?" To which I responded."Oh yes, that's lovely darling." While simultaneously thinking,"What in gods name is that supposed to be?....art? "..... we carried on through this land of 'what ifs' and 'oh maybes' until we had done a full circuit and critiqued every item that we could. I guess the point I'm getting is that it's OK to be 30 and not want to go out to pubs and clubs or socialise with a bunch of air head, spray tanned, mindless donuts who are obsessed with there social media's and getting likes.... 5 stars would shop again.”

“I was served today (16/08/2025 at 5:15) by Amy, and I just have to say what a sweetheart she is! She was bubbly, smiling, and kind throughout. I had to return my order, and she handled it so gracefully — I never felt uncomfortable at all. In fact, we even chatted about how the jacket could have been improved with a more rustic, cowgirl-button style. Staff like Amy make such a difference on the front desk. She is an absolute credit to your team!”
