I don’t know how this can be a pharmacy, very unprofessional, really dirty; there’s a cafe at the front that looks like it’s been closed for couple of years, shelving is empty; the list can go on; I waited over 30 minutes just for a prescription! But most importantly is the staff that are very rude!

It's okay, but it's very slow waiting times. Staff are kind. It's much better than Boots by miles!
