“Recently, we had an issue with my son’s new bike after he had a little accident. We went back to Halfords Colchester. We have been seen by Omer. Very chatty, friendly and professional guy. He was really busy dealing with customers queries, helping customers with their purchases and dealing with drop off for repairs. Our bike took a bit longer to fix, as they ordered a new part. But I was happy with the service we received at an affordable price, repair was done as promoted. I am happy to go back to Omer if we ever have issues with my son’s bike again.”

“Took my 2 boys 5 and 9. Was not sure on how it all worked. The staff were so helpful. Squeezed us in for a hour and set the boys up. During the hour they made sure ourselves and everyone were ok even though it was busy. Can’t speak highly enough about the staff. I got a very professional and friendly service right from the initial phone call, dropping the phone off and collection. “Very helpful team of staff in the shop floor and pharmacy. A very busy store in both areas, only made clearer by the staff cuts made by the company. I believe they are trying their hardest while being overworked and dealing with impatience and rudeness on a daily basis. Personally never had any issues in the store, I find the staff delightful.”

“Wanting to buy a tv. Wanted one with no reflective screen so choices were slightly limited but ended up with Samsung. Lovely telly but the oversell when you just want a tv is a bit annoying, especially when you tell the lady you ONLY want the telly but they keep asking you question after question. Maybe they should look at this as if it had gone on much longer we would have walked.”
